Bake Sale & Lemonade Food Bank Fundraiser on Saturday August 8

The granddaughter of Chris and Jane Bihary on N 143rd St. will again this year hold a bake sale on Saturday August 8 to raise funds for the Greenwood Food Bank.  Below is the announcement.

This is the 4th year our granddaughter, Ellie, will be collecting donations for the local Food Bank.  She started this project when she was 5 years old.  Her very good friend, Annabelle, has volunteered again to help with this annual fund raising project.  Since 2012 they have raised and donated over $1,500 in cash, plus additional food donations for the local food bank and those in need.

Both girls have asked, ” Please come and help the less fortunate, and buy some lemonade and homemade baked goods. ” 

Ellie will again be baking goodies with Grandma Jane, while Annabelle and her family are busy baking as well.  They sincerely thank everyone for donating baked goods and/or money to this important cause.   If you cannot join us next Saturday, you can always drop a donation in the mail to our address below.
