But are they really offering what your homes is worth? Before you accept any unsolicited offer to buy your home, stop. Ask questions. Ask friends. Ask a real estate professional you trust. I don’t want to see anyone struggling to pay their property taxes to think a quickie sale is a solution. The risk is selling your house for thousands less than it is worth.”
