Prostitution Loitering Law

District 5 City Councilmember Cathy Moore says she will introduce legislation reinstating the old law against “prostitution loitering,” which the city council repealed unanimously in 2020 with then-mayor Jenny Durkan’s support. She was speaking at a public safety forum in north Seattle on Thursday night.
